Ranking Benefits

Naturally Constable, Sergeant and Inspector as differing ranks will include different perks and access to different equipment, the structure of such is as follows.

1 - CT-SFO Constable

Involved in operations, can wear CTSFO Constable specific operations gear during OP gear authorisation at the end of the month only.
Access to M4A1.
Can interrogate with auth from SCO-Command + Trident-Command (Must be interrogation trained by Trident)

2 - CT-SFO Sergeant

Involved in operations, can wear CTSFO Constable specific operations gear during OP gear authorisation at the end of the month only.
Access to M4A1.
Can interrogate with auth from SCO-Command + Trident-Command (Must be interrogation trained by Trident)

3 - CT-SFO Inspector

Involved in operations, can wear any of the 3 set Plain Clothes outfits permanently, can become sniper trained, can wear CT-SFO Inspector specific operations gear during OP gear authorisation at the end of the month (Must be OFC+).
Access to Spar-17 & Remington 700.
Can interrogate without Auth

4 - CT-SFO Operational Senior Manager

Involved in operations, can wear any Plain Clothes outfits permanently, can become sniper trained, can wear CT-SFO OSM specific operations gear during OP gear authorisation at the end of the month. No requirement to do completions.
Access to Spar-17 & Remington 700.
Can interrogate without Auth
Will have the ability to use AR+Sniper

Sergeant+

Depending on your team, you will have plain clothes authorisation for 2 days of the week.

Alpha Team - Tuesday, Saturday

Bravo Team - Thursday, Sunday

If caught abusing plain clothes your position as a CTSFO will be revoked. If it is not your day for plain clothes please return to wearing your SCO Outfit

Expectations

Being a member of the Counter Terrorism Command (CTC) comes with many perks, and even more responsibility.

CTSFOs are the most elite members within SCO-19, and the MPS overall. You will receive the highest standard of training, be trusted with the highest calibre of weaponry and expected to maintain the utmost level of professionalism.

CTSFOs act as role-models for every member of the MPS, and as such candidates will only be accepted in the case that they display an appropriate skill set, including but not limited to maturity, dedication and leadership.

CTSFOs run on a 1 strike system, any scenario involving punishment will result in immediate removal from the division without exception.
